Are the maps really drawn by hand?
Yes, completely. Every illustration in our collection was drawn by hand. When you choose your five places and we put them together on your map, you're choosing from a library of original hand-drawn artwork. The combination is yours alone.
How many places can my map include?
Each Moment Map includes five (5) places of your story, chosen from our collection of 20+ hand-drawn illustrations.
Can you draw a building that isn't in your collection?
Yes. Beyond our 20+ ready-to-go places, our illustrators can create a drawing of your chosen location by special request if it is not in our collection. Please give us an additional 3-4 working days to create the drawing.
What sizes and framing options are available?
All maps come in 12x16" size, framed with shatterproof acrylic glass, ready to gift, and ready to hang.
What if I'm not sure of exact buildings or dates?
That's completely fine. A place name or a memory is enough — we'll have something that captures the feeling. You'll also get to review every detail before your map is finished.
Can I add names, places, or dates on the map?
Absolutely — it's the heart of every map. Add your names, the place where each moment happened, and when it happened.
Will I get to see a preview before it's printed?
Yes. As you select each place, the map updates in real time so you can see exactly how the composition looks. Browse, swap, and rearrange until it's right. We'll only print once you're delighted with it.
Can I order it as a surprise gift?
Of course — this is the most-loved way to give one. All our maps come framed and wrapped in our signature ribbon with cards and gift tags. Share the story details yourself and include a hand-written note at checkout, and we'll send it ready to give. We never include a price on anything in the box.
How long until my map arrives?
Because each map is personalized and made-to-order, we take 3–5 business days to create it, then we ship it to your location. Delivery time depends on your exact address. We will send the tracking details once your order is shipped so you can track your package online.
Do you ship internationally?
Moment Maps only currently ships within the Philippines.
Can I get it in time for a specific date?
Often, yes. Add your deadline in the notes at checkout and we'll tell you honestly whether it's possible, including any other options. The earlier you order, the safer it is.
What's your returns policy?
As every map is custom-made just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. That's also why we send a proof for your approval before printing. If your frame arrives damaged, we'll replace it.
My frame arrived damaged — what now?
We package frames carefully, but if one is damaged in transit, send us a photo within 3 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement frame right away — no charge.
How do I care for my map?
Printed on premium paper with fade-resistant inks, your map is made to last for decades. Hang it out of direct sunlight and dust the glass gently — that's all it needs.
